I did it! I found it!!! The most stunningly beautiful bar of all time. It is called Spoonbar and it is incredible. We are talking gin & tonic on tap (on tap!), beautiful little flowers for every perfect cocktail, and masterfully prepared food from Chef Louis Maldonado (of Top Chef and winner of Last Chance Kitchen fame). It also happens to be located on the ground floor of the H2 Hotel, a LEED Gold green building in the heart of Healdsburg. If you are planning a trip to wine country in the coming future make sure to make a stop in Healdsburg to enjoy this gem.
