Carajillo, Spanish vanilla liquor with a shot of espresso

I feel like when it comes to Vegas there are two kinds of people, you either love it or you hate it. I have been pretty firmly planted on the hate it side thanks to my certified grandma status when it comes to staying up late and my ability to have more than two drinks before calling it a night. That was until a surprise weekend getaway to Vegas with my main squeeze included dinner and a show. The BRITNEY show (eeek!!!). So now Vegas has basically been placed back in my good graces. More to come on Britney, I promise, but for now here is a peek at our delightful tapas feast at Julian Serrano. Delicious and mostly gluten free, a bonus for me.
