There isn’t much I enjoy more than a chef’s tasting menu. Especially if said tasting menu is reasonably priced. It allows you to sample the chef’s best and avoids the dreaded one choice you usually get for dinner…my worst nightmare. Ok, ok that’s a bit dramatic, but isn’t trying several items better than one? I think we all know the answer is a resounding YES. A few months back the hubs and I did a double date night with our buddies who suggested this great restaurant in the Mission run by Manny and Katerina, a husband and wife team (and I totally forgot I took pictures to share, oops!). What a treat! The food was prepared to perfection and for $50 it was an incredibly generous protein focused menu. The menu changes daily based on what Chef Manny finds at the market so there really isn’t a set item you can expect to get. I personally love that, and can’t wait to go back soon.
