Brunch in San Francisco is one of the biggest social events there is. Some weekends you can drive down the street and see crowds peppered along the sidewalk of hungry people staring at their phones or sipping a cup of coffee struggling to get through the long torturous wait. A few weekends ago, luck seemed to be on our side and not only did we get seated within minutes of arriving but we landed on the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. Now, I don’t make this claim lightly, I take my breakfast sandos really REALLY freaking seriously. This was like my idea of heaven on a plate. A fluffy buttery biscuit (OMG sooo not GF, I paid for it but it was worth every bite!) with soft flaky inside and crispy outside, extra crispy peppered bacon, the most perfect sunny side up egg imaginable and house made hot sauce to give it a nice kick. It was love at first bite. I immediately sent several text messages out alerting fellow breakfast sandwich loving friends of this discovery and have already mentally planned trips back with friends from out of town. Just go. GO! As fast as you can. But if you can wait to show up after me that would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

Point #1: they have a biscuit situation called the hangover Point #2: housemade hot sauce on the table bigger than the s&p shakers
