I’m in trouble. Big trouble. I found the best sushi of my life. It wasn’t planned, it was on a whim for a work lunch. It was magic. Heaven. The beeeesssst sushi I have ever had the opportunity to experience. But man oh man was it expensive. Quality comes at a price, I know, and I am so very thankful to have had the chance to experience this perfect umami goodness. But now that I’ve had it, I can’t stop thinking about it so it’s only a matter of time before I go back. My wallet is already super pissed at me about it. WORTH. EVERY. PENNY.

I apologize for not writing down the pieces of fish below to share what I had. What I do know is one piece was butter fish, the piece with the X was sardine (I think), one was Russian uni with caviar, one had a preserved cherry blossom and that last one…ooooohh man that last one. Wagyu beef slightly seared with fresh shaved black truffles. HOLY S%&T!
