When I realized avoiding gluten was going to need to be a part of my life the thoughts that ran through my head went pretty much like this….OMG BREAKFAST SANDOS, OMG bread with butter, OMG pizza!!! Don’t worry (because I’m sure you were worried), I somehow managed to survive and am now living a happy mostly gluten free life. But I credit a huge part of that to gems like Flour + Co, a local bakery that has perfected a delicious gluten free english muffin to serve up crazy good breakfast sandos and keep my weekend mornings in a good place. So good in fact that even non-gf people like them, that’s a HUGE win! In addition to the breakfast sandwich I have to give a special shout out to the animal crackers and coffee cake (not pictured) for giving me all kinds of bakery goodness minus the gluten.
