I feel like San Francisco is the center of all things exciting in the culinary world right now. Inspiring chefs, unique concepts and plenty of curious eaters to try them all. My hand is most definitely raised high in the air as a willing participant in this food revolution. ME!…pick me, I want to try it ALLLLL!!! If you live in San Francisco or happen to be in town for a visit might I suggest giving Shizen Sushi Lounge a try for crazy vegan umami goodness. Vegan sushi? Yes. It’s a thing.
