Doing our best LA Blogger
There are few things sweeter in life than celebrating birthdays with your besties. For the last handful of years, my springtime birthday girls and I have toast our next year with a dinner out on the town including non-stop gabbing, obnoxiously loud laughter and a glass of vino or two. It has become a tradition I look forward to every year and one I know we will continue until we are grannies. This year felt particularly special as we all turned 35, have had babies in the last year and a half and are approaching 20 years of friendship. It only seemed appropriate to gift ourselves the greatest luxury imaginable in this season of early mama life, time away. The laughs were as big, the conversation was as meaningful but let me tell you the late nights and boozy brunches of our 20’s were solidly replaced with the 5:00 dinner reservation, 1 glass of wine preference and 10:30 tuck in for bed of our mid-30’s. This is 35!
